Vannah and Kenna did my bidding today and helped to decorate the basement "behind Kassi's back" for a little belated birthday fun.
(But, I think Kassi may have suspected something :)
Kassi had some family celebration time when it was her birthday in July, but she has been wanting to have a couple friends over and take a trip to the zoo. We have had a bit of a crazy summer schedule, so we finally have that moment. Anyway, we claimed that Vannah and Kenna were having some big sister time down there and watching the Ender's Game movie so that Kassi would not go down there. I was playing along with that and would call down the stairs..."How's the movie, guys?" Vannah got me back, though....she yelled back to me "It'd go great with some popcorn!"...hehe! SNEAKY LI'L STINKER! But, popcorn did sound good!
Our basement was decorated with balloons, streamers and lots of stuffed animals :)
It is a zoo birthday...the girls had to find the 5 missing Pound Puppies.
