Can An Elf Be Claus-trophobic?

We started our Santa's workshop today.....wrapping Christmas presents and baking.  I had to shop for a bunch of groceries and I was hungry while shopping.....NOT GOOD!

Luckily, I held off my cravings until I was in the produce area.....YUM.....sauteed squash, tomatoes, and spinach....I felt healthy, but all the while I was baking this pound cake...

My parents came to visit us for the weekend and brought us an early Christmas present....a shelving unit insert or our basement.  We realized we needed to change some wiring behind our TV in order to install the shelving into the wall, so we had to discuss who would shimmy in between the two walls and try to pull the wires and cords.  I actually thought about doing it and tried to crawl partway into the tiny space, but then I thought of the Edgar Allan Poe story of the person who got buried in the walls of the house and I suddenly felt really claustrophobic.

He wasn't thrilled about the task at hand, but Brad managed to complete the mission without panicking about the confining space.
