Oh, So Gollum-orous!

It was Kassi's day for appointments.  Her glasses broke on Friday and she had a slightly new lens prescription that we needed to fill anyway, so we went to pick out new frames.  These were her favorite frames....I liked a different pair a little better, but decided not to "die on that mountain".

Then, we headed to Chelsea to see Dr. Howe.....which is short for, Dr. Howe in the world are we going to pay for all the Orthodontic needs of our children? HA!  Don't you love the before and after pictures in those places?!  I DO!

The three oldest will be having work done at the same time....YIKES!  Today wasn't sooooo bad for Kassi, they just had to put some spacers in the back to make room for the work they will need to do next week. Next week, if the spacers have made enough room, they will begin adding what needs to be in place for expanding her jawline....HERE WE GO!  Luckily, I think Kenna is almost finished with her treatment plan...maybe a couple months longer if she is faithful with her rubber bands....but, Savannah and Kassi are just in the beginning stages.

I had to stop for gas after Kassi's appointment and she jumped to the front seat to inspect her spacers in the passenger side mirror.  I was watching her from outside the van and laughing as she was tilting her head all different ways to try to see all the way to the back of her mouth.  I snapped a picture of her while she was inspecting it all, but when she realized what I had just done....she shook her fist at me....can you believe that?!
