It's that time again...the GREAT PUMPKIN TAKEOVER or MAKEOVER...I don't know...they take over my house, but we are giving them makeovers, so.....ANYWAY, I always gotta get the pumpkin pictures first. I think later in life I am going to love lining up the pumpkin pictures and watching the age progression of the girls :)
Kenna is becoming a unicorn...ha!
Kassi's pumpkin almost weighs more than she does :P
So, I thought I had this great idea and could convince the girls to make these cute pumpkins that have different masks and look like they are coming to trick-or-treat at your house, I even imagined they would be so adorable that someone would want them in a crafty magazine.... but my idea was not "smashing" according to my girls. SO, we have a zebra, Olaf, a funky puffy paint doodled pumpkin, a crazy K pumpkin, and a pumpkin which labels all the different levels of the atmosphere (which Kenna is hoping will double as her 3-D atmosphere assignment :)
I called Brad because it was raining and said, "So are we still planning to take the whole fam to Vannah's cross-country meet? It's pretty cold and wet out there....where is this meet anyway?"
Brad: "Coldwater"
Me: "Perfect" :P
Vanner beat her personal best by about 12 seconds :)
We were glad we endured the misty, cold to see her feeling so victorious :)
This was a great little huddle!
I researched something about pumpkins today because we do have a bunch of chipmunks and squirrels where we live that like to mess with them and chew on them when we set them outside. It said you can spray them with Aqua Net hairspray and that will keep the critters away. I was thinking about buying some and then I realized that is aerosol and aerosol is bad for the atmosphere, right? How can I, in good conscience, spray an atmosphere pumpkin with an aerosol spray?
