He Loves Us A Whole Lot

I have a friend who has been on my heart a lot over the past months.  She lost her job and her marriage was in a really rocky place, but she kind-of withdrew from people instead of letting anyone know what she was facing and support her.  In my prayers for her, I would ask God if I should seek her out even though it seemed she wanted to be left alone.  I found out she recently got a new job and I was very happy to hear that... I had this passing thought that maybe I would bump into her sometime and be able to congratulate her on her new job.

So.....(you can probably guess this one)....I had purchased all the girls and Brad clothing for Easter because they wore their Easter clothing to the Daddy/Daughter Dance in February, but I had not started to look for something for me.  I know it is a little early, but with our crazy schedules we never know when we will have free time for something like clothes shopping.  A couple of the girls weren't feeling so good tonight and we had nothing planned, so I decided to go shopping by myself.  I was in Jcpenney and I heard her voice :)  I seriously love the way GOD loves us, you know!  It wasn't even busy at all at 9pm tonight.....So I walked toward her voice and said "hi" with a big hug and we talked about how she was doing.  I congratulated her on her new job and she introduced me to someone special in her life.  It was so great to see her smile and to know God is carrying her through that really hard time.

I'm thankful for His shoulders....He carries A WHOLE LOT on them!
