I like making Christmas cookies, but I get annoyed with all the scrap dough between rounds of cutting shapes. You have to throw all the scraps together and re-roll it all for another go. I saw this picture today.....it's BRILLIANT!
NO SCRAPS! It's almost a Christmas miracle :P
