I am not horrible with change....I even enjoy it sometimes.....but, I have been experiencing lots of change at work...for a couple months I have been working a couple different roles in a transition time as I waited for a hiring process to be completed. Yesterday, I started to train my replacement for my "previous" job and that felt so good because I had been starting to stress over how I was going to do it all and do it with excellence. There have been a lot of overwhelming days, but God always helps us make it through each minute.
