Out On A Limb

I know I promised no more cat blogs for a while, but our dog, Kooper, chased Snickers around the yard today.  He is pretty fast, so I think she was worried he was going to catch her ....so she climbed a pretty tall tree so she could say "Nah, nah, nah, boo, boo" to him....then, she realized she couldn't get down.  :)  Why did I say the Murphy's Law thing about cans and jars?  Now, I had to climb a ladder to get a cat out of a tree....

It WAS pretty amazing to watch her climb that :)

GO GO Gadget arm.....I noticed afterwards that my shirt kind-of matches Snickers....all except for the yellow which is a perfect shade to match the ladder.  You know how owners start to resemble their pets?

Karly was so mad at me for wearing heels on the ladder, but I didn't want Snickers to try to climb higher and I didn't want her to try to jump out on her own.  I know I don't have 9 lives, but Vannah was spotting me.  She finally made the leap and I was able to control her journey to the ground.

I think Snickers and I have officially bonded.
