I Heard Yesterday Was Dairy Food Awareness Day :)

Yesterday we stopped at Parma Ice Cream on the way home from VBS drama practice.  With ice cream in hand, Karly asked me who invented it.  I said I wasn't sure, but we could look it up.  Kenna said in between licks, "Well, whoever it was....was the smartest person....in the world!"

So, this was a little funny to me, but when I read about the history of ice cream there were some references to King Solomon enjoying icy drinks.  Well, God didn't give him all that wisdom for nothing!  :P

I guess the proof has been frozen in time...is this ice cream in ancient Egypt? :)

So, he's probably taking this to his Queen, right?  Get it, Dairy Queen? But, anyway....it's like these are all the events in their history....the wars, droughts, floods, famines...etc.....and don't forget to leave room for ICE CREAM! :P
