I thought this was a very good word as we are thinking about Thanksgiving and maybe making our holiday plans for a scrumptious feast with our loved ones.  It is interesting when you stop to think about the words we use for things...like, for instance, hospitality and hospital have the same root word.

It reminds me of the verse in Mark 2:17:

On hearing this, Jesus said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.  I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."  

We all have "a lot on our plates" I KNOW FRAZZLED....we are pretty well acquainted...you know how you start looking like your friends?! :)  But, I am challenging myself to find a way to show true hospitality this Thanksgiving and I extend that opportunity to you.
