For All My Taste Buddies

I'm feeling generous....well, really I have already emailed this recipe to a few people and so I thought if I post it to my blog I can just be sneaky and refer them to my blog....more readers....whatever :) or I can just copy and paste this to an email and I won't have to type it a bunch of times.



It's really easy...

White Chicken Chili seasoning...(I use McCormick)
1 large can Cream of Chicken soup
1 large jar of Great Northern Beans (Randall)
1 small jar of salsa 
(you can control the degree of spicy if you like....I use MILD due to some finicky taste buddies in my family)
1 small container of sour cream
1 small block of Pepperjack cheese (this adds some kick....crumble it, so it melts faster....I just pictured someone throwing in a complete block of cheese :)
AND...
Don't listen to the chicken....while laughter is great, you still need to eat!...toss it into your chili
I like to use about 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken,...already rotisseried (I know that's not a word) like you can get at Meijer...(shred it)

Add it all together (I LOVE THAT THERE IS NO MEASURING INVOLVED!) and heat....add enough milk to get it to your preferred consistency...
....remember to stir while heating....don't get distracted

Bake up some of that sweet cornbread too....YUM! 


WHATEVER YOU DO, DO. NOT. COUNT. THE CALORIES :)
