We Reap In Proportion To What We Sow

I think this law of the harvest is a little confusing when held in contrast against the fourth law....that we reap more than we sow.  However, as I read more about this law and the difference between the two, I realized this is the portion of the law that is related to our efforts.  How much have we surrendered....how SOLD OUT are we...?  The last portion was related to GOD'S amazing grace and mercy that we are given the opportunity to reap more than we sow, but this law deals with our personal responsibility.

He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly; and he who sows bountifully shall also reap bountifully.
